Management Accountant - DE55 - £45K - Flexible Working

SF are currently working with a Manufacturing business based in Alfreton who are looking for an Assistant Accountant on a permanent basis. This role offers flexible working and a great opportunity for progression.
Salary up to £45K + Study Support

Job Duties:
Consolidation of the Groups' management accounts
Liaising with business units to provide insightful commentary on variances from budget / forecast and prior year
Preparation of Board and Executive Committee reporting and analysis
Consolidation of Group Budget and preparation of budget analysis
Assist with monthly forecasting
Collaboration with Head of Financial Reporting to implement processes and ensure compliance with Group Accounting Policies
Continuously reviewing, evaluating and improving internal reporting
Analytical reviews of profit and loss and balance sheet to ensure accuracy of information
Support with ERP development
Ad hoc internal reporting projects
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Nearly/newly qualified accountant - CIMA, ACA or ACCA
Strong Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint knowledge
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ambitious and driven with the ability to identify when further information / analysis is required
Strong communicator
Builds relationships with various stakeholders
Ability to manage their time effectively
