Job Title – Major Loss Technical Property Claims Development Mentor Contract – PermanentSalary – £80,000 + Car + BonusLocation – LondonMy client a Global Loss Adjusting & Claims Consulting company are now looking to recruit a Major Loss Technical Property Claims Development Mentor due to expansion within the businessYou will be part the mentoring and peer review programme for £100k+ claims handled across property.Actively contribute to the ongoing technical development & training of the Property division.This is a non-claims handling roleKey Knowledge:Proven experience of handling Major Loss / Complex claims to a high standardKey Responsibilities:Working with the existing mentors and peer reviewers to maintain a high standard of consistent productDevelopment of staff handling £50-250K claimsContribute to training and development programmesDrive continuous improvement in technical delivery and enhanced Customer/claim outcomesContribute to technical guidance documents on key topics/areas.Extensive knowledge of Commercial & Domestic LossesLikely to have a market/client reputationRegular contribution to technical papers/presentations to internal and external stakeholdersExperience of staff mentoring/development
