You'll identify, cultivate, and retain major donors, ensuring top-notch engagement and service. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a major giving strategy to meet revenue goals. Collaborate with the Prospect Research Officer to identify and research high-value prospects. Build relationships with high-value donors and trusts, creating innovative supporter journeys for long-term commitment. Develop a compliance framework for high-value gifts, adhering to regulations. Oversee budgets and management reporting, including financials and KPIs Compliance Responsibilities: Compliance with Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Data Protection, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Quality standards. Proactively address potential breaches and suggest improvements. Person Specification: Collaborative and flexible, adapting to organizational needs. Proven track record of securing 5-figure gifts. Skilled in building and managing donor pipelines. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Proficient in data interpretation and trend analysis.
