JOB DESCRIPTION - ACCOUNT MANAGER
Reports to Area Manager
MISSON
As an Account Manager for Maison Francis Kurkdjian, you're a brand ambassador, an expert in fragrance & storytelling. You'll actively drive your business, encouraging your team to achieve their sales targets. Leading & coaching your Team, you'll ensure all clients receive luxury service. Through your passion for the brand, you'll always demonstrate an attitude that benefits Maison Francis Kurkdjian.
Main Responsibilities
SALES
Achieve account sales targets as set by the Area Sales Manager, sharing with the team
Pro-actively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers
Lead and coach your team to ensure all Team Members, along with yourself are aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets
Pro-actively be aware of KPI's
Gain a great awareness of new launches, promotional activity within luxury fragrance & potential business opportunities for Maison Francis Kurkdjian.
SERVICE
Leading a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors in-store to ensure they embrace their roles with dedication, commitment & passion to provide high levels of service to our customers.
Liaise with our Retail Trainer to ensure all the team participate in the relevant training courses
Be knowledgeable on all Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and be able to propose fragrance recommendations through conversation & appropriately overcome any objections
Initiate contact with clients & welcome them on counter & through traffic stopping
Ensure the standard of service is consistent & of Maison Francis Kurkdjian standard
MANAGEMENT
Develop the team to provide business continuity & people development; manage team related people matters & lead by example always. Ensure the team are educated in how to use the on-counter technology.
Ensuring the counters are immaculate, well-merchandised & truly reflective of the brand.
Ensure the team always adhere to the Grooming Guidelines and act in a professional manner reflective of The Maison,
Manage efficient stock processes
Administration related to the management of the account .
Ensure all operational & administrative tasks are complete
GENERAL
Establish & maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders including the host store management & LVMH Head Office
Adhere to all Company procedures & policies

Person Specification
Knowledge and Skills
Previous retail sales management experience ideally within luxury brands Appreciation of beauty or luxury lifestyle sectors and a passion to work within the industry. Ability to demonstrate a successful track record in leading and managing a team. Ability to demonstrate a creative flair and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with colleagues of all levels Basic Microsoft Office skills Key Competencies
Able to demonstrate a pro-active attitude and flexible approach. To empower a team to achieve goals and targets. Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines, with high levels of attention to detail.
