Maintenance Technician

Are you passionate about maintaining equipment to the highest standards of usability, operation, and safety? My client is currently looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to be based near Hayes/ Southall.

Your responsibilities:

• Carry out efficient and cost-effective repair processes to maintain fleet equipment.
• Record all costs, including labour, for approved repairs and ensure correct parts are used from stock.
• Maintain a safe, organised, and well-stocked workspace and mobile fitter pack with necessary equipment and tools.
• Inspect fleet tools for repair within 5 working days and provide accurate repair estimates.
• Collaborate with managers to review estimates and arrange repair work accordingly.
• Make informed decisions regarding equipment repair, disposal, or return based on estimated repairs.
• Conduct repair work on equipment and be prepared for occasional site visits

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, lifting hydraulic, and power access tools required.

Possession of a full driving license is essential for occasional site visits.

You will be working Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 17:30 - 47.5 hour week

Competitive salary ranging from �35,000 to �40,000 based on experience.
