Maintenance Technician

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance handyman on behalf of our well established Building service client in Norwich,Norfolk Hospital

This is long term contract/permanent position.

The Maintenance Technician would be responsible for undertaking carpentry, handyman, plumbing and building maintenance works including reactive and PPM works. Works could include changing locks, fabric repairs, leak detection/repair, unblocking toilets/sinks, replacement pipework, water temperature checks, replacement water boilers, flushing, servicing and/or replacement of thermostatic mixer valves, water sampling and much more.
