Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced�Maintenance Technician to join our well established client.�
Job Duties:�

• To maintain and repair all manufacturing equipment, analysing faults and providing a solution in a safe and timely manner to maximise machine up time.�


• Service equipment to agreed PM schedules.


• 1st Line response to breakdowns.


• Carry out agreed improvement modifications to capital equipment.�


• Carry out mechanical and electrical work as required or instructed in a safe and efficient manner at all times.�


• Complete daily logs and data capture via CMMS system.�


• Carry out duties required whilst contributing to the ongoing Continuous Improvement of process and product.

Requirements:�

• Time served Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship.


• HNC/D certificate or equivalent.


• 5 years experience in similar role.


• Proven ability to fault find and problem solve.


• Faultfinding PLC systems.


• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience.


• Servo Drives experience -�Desirable.�


• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification -�Desirable.�

Salary:��37,000 Per Annum.�
Working hours: Monday to Friday�7am - 4pm.��
