Location: Newton Aycliffe

Salary: Up to £43,000

Shift: Two Shift or Straight Days (Mon – Fri)

An amazing opportunity at a fantastic company! Our client are specialists in the outdoor machine manufacturing industry. Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Planned, preventative maintenance (PPM)


• Prioritise breakdowns


• PLC fault finding


• Repair breakdowns in a safe manner


• Repair of company equipment & machinery


• Modifying existing equipment & machinery


• Mechanical and electrical fault finding


• Report to Senior Maintenance Lead & Engineering Manager


• Always following company Health & Safety policies


• Wearing appropriate PPE when necessary


• Attend meetings, discussions & training when required


• Provide cover for other Engineering staff when necessary

Skills and experience required as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical & Mechanical maintenance and repair


• PLC fault finding


• Health & Safety adherence

Qualifications:

ONC qualification or equivalent
