Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Liverpool

Salary: Up to �28,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 39 hours per week

Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with commercial experience? Are you looking for a company to offer up skilling and training?

Randstad Solutions are working alongside a national facilities maintenance company who are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to work on a commercial site carrying out all areas of maintenance. This is a full time and permanent position based on the client's site in Liverpool.

Package includes:

  • Competitive salary up to �28,000 (depending on experience)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Execute planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance tasks independently or under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Conduct basic repairs on doors, windows, plumbing systems, and other elements to ensure the general maintenance of the building fabric.
  • Service and repair internal fixtures and fittings as part of routine maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of ongoing and completed work for documentation purposes.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to provide 24-hour coverage, 365 days per year.

Candidate Requirements:

  • City & Guilds qualification
  • Plumbing skills
  • Joinery skills
  • Basic general maintenance skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in the facilities management industry
