Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Liverpool

Salary: �24,500 - �28,500 (depending on experience)

Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team who will be responsible for the highest standard of maintenance which includes Reactive, Planned Preventative and Scheduled Maintenance Services.

About the Role:

• Independently or under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, carry out planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance tasks.
• Execute basic repairs on doors, windows, plumbing systems, and various building fabric components.
• Service and repair internal fixtures and fittings to ensure optimal functionality.
• Keep precise records of ongoing and completed maintenance activities.
• Be part of an on-call rotation, offering 24-hour coverage throughout the year.

About You:

• City & Guilds or NVQ Qualified tradesperson, or possess extensive experience in property maintenance within the Public or Private sector.
• Proficient in basic joinery, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Full UK Drivers Licence.
• Ability to pass a DBS Check before commencing employment.
