Maintenance Team Leader

As the Maintenance Team Leader you will lead a team of Engineers/Technicians and be the primary point of contact to the customer concerning the day-to-day operations on site.
You will also lead all continuous improvement activities that underpin site performance and support the delivery of the Maintenance strategy.
Main Responsibilities
Accountability and ownership to deliver the contracted KPIs
Leadership of a team of Resident Engineers, Technicians and trainees
Co-ordinate all maintenance activities, planned repairs and reactive repairs of the automated equipment on site
Maintenance activities of the TGW and third party products installed on site.
Support the automation to operate at its maximum efficiency ensuring that the customers orders are not missed
Complete all necessary reports, inclusive of Near miss and hazard reporting, shift, Maintenance tasks, Spare parts usage and toploss, whilst working in DART, CMMS, .SAV Assure and Teams software platforms.
Attend daily customer meetings providing any updates on the automation
Cover the Site Engineering Manager during holiday and sickness periods.
Manage escalations onsite in line with TGWs Escalation procedure
