Maintenance Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity available for an Engineering Team Leaderbased close to the Lutterworth area. The position is working with an internationally respected manufacturer who have multiple sites across the World.
The Engineering Team Leader will be responsible for leading a multi-skilled maintenance team to ensure delivery of KPI's ensuring all items of plant and equipment are maintained to the appropriate safety and performance standards, enabling the production team to fulfil customer requirements.

Monday to Thursday days and nights (Rotating) with a basic salary of £51,480 plus a shift Premium taking the salary to circa £57K+ per annum. Main Responsibilities of
Engineering Team Leader
This role will ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe manner using tools such as dynamic risk assessments to promote safe working practices
The Maintenance TL is responsible for the completion of all planned preventative activities utilising the SAP PM system
