About the Role
We will provide you with full training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to enable you to safely and effectively work as a Maintenance Team Leader where
you will assist the Maintenance Manager to
lead and manage our on-site maintenance team to improve the performance of our machines, health & safety.
Youll get the chance to build relationships with your team, coach them to improve performance, and share your insight to improve their technical knowledge and allow them to improve their fault-finding abilities.
