Maintenance Team Leader

An excellent career opportunity for a Maintenance Team Leader (Electrical/Mechanical) to join a Global Market Leader within the Automation Engineering industry.

Salary Circa �51,000-�52,000 (OTE �56,000) shift

The successful Maintenance Team Leader will ideally have experience within an automated electrical/mechanical FMCG site-based or manufacturing environment.

Maintenance Team Leader�

To support the site maintenance team in day-to-day maintenance activities.

To maintain, repair, and support the equipment on site as the scope of the manufacture.

Undertake AMHE equipment servicing by quality standards.

Diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults and subsequent repairs

Compliance with Health & Safety legislation always

To accurately record all work undertaken

Involvement in continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities

Ensure on-site spares are kept to optimum levels!

Fully interact with the client in day-to-day activities�

Fully interact with Shift Managers to ensure consistency across shifts and best practice is shared.

Qualifications:�Maintenance Team Leader

  • HNC/ONC�or Electrical Qualified.
  
  
  • IOSH Knowledge
  
  
  • Experienced in Continuous Improvement techniques
  
  
  • A working understanding of mechanical, electrical &�electronic technical manuals & drawings
  
  
  • Basic understanding of distributed control systems.
