Maintenance Surveyor

In return we are offering an excellent salary of £40,387 plus some great benefits.
As a Regional Maintenance Surveyor , you will be responsible for ensuring our In-House Repairs Service is delivered to our customers in line with our vision and values, you will ensure all surveying, servicing, inspections, installations, repairs (whether in customers homes, void properties, or on our estates or schemes) or other works are delivered right first time, safely, in line with our repairs and voids policies and within our budget parameters.
You will provide high quality, accurate and measured advice, diagnostics, works specifications, contract procurement and management, works orders and customer support for the complete range of building defects, remediations, repairs, maintenance, improvements and any other works required to our customers homes, our schemes and estates and our other property assets ensuring that LHPs operational and commercial targets are met.
