Maintenance Surveyor

Our client is looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to be based in Merseyside
This role is a temporary role for around 6 months
Applicants must have experience working on planned maintenance projects, mainly roofing but other external works as well.
You will be required to supervise in house trades people but also external contractors
Pay is �28.00 per hour - 37hrs per week
