Information on the role
Conduct site inspections, ensuring quality, safety, & time standards are kept
Proactively manage the maintenance teams, reports & communication
Supervise & execute general garden maintenance i.e., mowing, pruning, mulching, irrigation, & pre-planting area preparations
Ensure proper care & maintenance of equipment
Cover & support teams during annual leave & or sick leave as required
Ensure all team leaders are adequately equipped
Schedule & conduct team meetings
Enforce Health & Safety procedures
Attend & report in fortnightly management meetings
Resource & Schedule adjustments
Ensure lockups are kept tidy, safe, & well stocked
Plan, price, & supervise small landscape improvement projects
What wed like from you
Experience in high-end residential Garden Maintenance/Soft Landscaping & a Management/Team Leader role.
Knowledge of garden maintenance operations, horticulture (planting, pruning, fertilising, etc.)
Basic First aid or Greater
Desirable: RHS Level 2 or equivalent
Desirable: PA1 & PA6 Spraying certificates
Desirable: Horticulture qualification or certificate
Driving license
