The Infrastructure Team is looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join the Estates Maintenance team at Walton Hall Campus, in Milton Keynes, to start as soon as possible. This position is permanent and will be working full time, is the salary is �25,742 to �28,759 (depending on experience) plus �3,500 allowance per year.
About the Role
Estates is responsible for the management and development of University premises in Milton Keynes and its National and Regional Centres.
The role holder will be responsible for the safe and effective operation and maintenance of mechanical building services to the University. Some of the key duties include; working as part of a team to carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance of LTHW heating systems, fan coil units, ventilation systems, hot and cold water systems and other building services installations.
