We are representing our client, a leading facilities management company dedicated to providing top-notch maintenance solutions. With a strong presence in Coventry and a commitment to excellence, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Static Maintenance Plumber to join their team.

Role Overview:

As a Static Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing maintenance services at a static facility in Birmingham. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of plumbing systems on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of plumbing systems.
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues and leaks.
  • Install and maintain fixtures, faucets, and pipes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Complete maintenance reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet facility maintenance standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber in a similar role.
  • Plumbing qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence
