Maintenance Plumber - Up To �35,000 - West London

Calling all commercial plumbers! We are seeking experienced Maintenance Plumbers/Mechanical Engineers to join an energetic team in the delivery of maintemnance services on a high-profile London site. This role will suit an up and coming Maintenance proffesional seeking to take the next step in their career.�

Role:

As a member of the M&E team, you will ensure the smooth and effective functionality of Plumbing/Mechanical sysrtems on�site.�

• Participating in planned maintenance shedules, including regular testing and inspection.


• Ensuring reactive maintenance is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.�


• Maintaining a high level of proffesional presentation.


• Liasing with, and on occasion supervising external contractors.�


• Ensuring Health and Safety standards are upheld.�

Requirements:

We are seeking a technically skilled tradesperson with strong communication skills and excellent time keeping. The successful candidate will also be ambitious with a desire to upskill and progress.�

• Fully qualified Plumber/Mechanical Engineer (BSc, BEng, City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3, BTEC, HND)


• Min 1 year experience in commercial building maintenance. (Boilers, Chillers, LTHW Systems, Calorifiers, Pumps, etc...)


• Excellent communication/customer service skills.


• Must be student minded with an interrest in progression and development.�
