Maintenance Plumber

Are you an experienced plumber with commercial maintenance experience? Look no further! A chance has arisen to work for a direct client on a permanent basis on one of their busy flagship West London contracts.

• Static - West London
• Salary - �36,000 per annum
• Great hands-on training and learning opportunities provided

Duties:

• Reactive and planned plumbing maintenance across my clients commercial portfolio
• Water treatment
• Pumps
• Water Supply
• Fixing leaks
• Changing taps
• Drainage & Flushing
• Pipework - Copper piping
• Inspection & fault finding on boilers, water heaters and calorifiers

Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ level 2 minimum (or equivalent) in Plumbing and Heating
• Previous experience in commercial plumbing maintenance (commercial offices, libraries, schools, hospitals, museums etc)
