Maintenance Plant Engineer

Marble Talent Group�are currently recruiting for a�Maintenance Plant Supervisor�based in�Lancashire!

For this role, you will be joining a busy maintenance team, carrying out on-the-tools repairs and office support work with clients and engineers on the road. This is a static role, with some flexibility in case of emergencies.

Job Responsibilities

• Fault finding, repairing, and servicing a range of heavy plant equipment such as piling rigs, compactors, and various machinery.


• Hands-on work on site with other engineers to assist with repairs and serve as the go-to person for support.


• Office duties including checking reports and ensuring they meet company standards.


• Communicating with clients regarding faults or general support.


• Providing assistance over the phone for engineers on the road.


• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience working on fixed heavy plant equipment.


• Experience in leading a team and supervising.


• Good understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace.


• NVQ in relevant industries.
