One of our clients within the Facility Management sector is currently looking to employ a Maintenance Operative to join their team on a full-time Temporary basis to provide general maintenance and repairs in central Bristol across student accommodation.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am- 4pm

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Providing general planned preventative maintenance and repairs across a student accommodation with duties such as: plumbing, Painting and Decorating, Basic electrics, basic carpentry and more.
• Always maintain the professional image.

Essential Skills:

• Experience of building maintenance
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working
• No criminal record-
