It's essential to identify any tasks that fall outside your expertise. Your key responsibilities include upholding high-quality work standards and consistently demonstrating professionalism and courtesy in all interactionsRequirements:Full clean driving licenceA minimum of 5 years working in a similar maintenance roleA range of skills including plumbing, carpentry, and painting.A hard-working attitude and proactiveness with the ability to meet deadlinesMap reading skills and ability to effectively plan routesKnowledge of health and safety guidelines and ability to follow thoroughlyMain Duties:PlumbingAttending to minor leaksReplacement of taps/washersMinor tile replacementCarpentryEase and adjust timber and steel framed doorsRe-hang doorsFit new lock mechanismsPaintingFloor paintingRe-painting of bollards, trolleys etcOffice/storage decorations and general touch-up work to damaged areas.Sheet MetalworkRepairs to storage unitsAccident damage works, removal of dentsRepair to trolleysThe Basics:Full-time Permanent RoleMonday - FridayCompany vehicle with toolsCompetitive basic salary of £30k, pension etc.Sound like something you might be interested in?
