If so, wehave an exciting opportunity for you.Smarter Services Ltd is a Surreybased business with a wealth of Facilities Management within thegrounds maintenance sector.As a Grounds maintenance operative, thesuccessful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining outdoorspaces to the highest standards. Your responsibilities encompass adiverse range of tasks, requiring both practical expertise andeffective leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate safehandling of gardening equipment and machinery.Operate various types ofpetrol machinery proficiently.Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming,pruning, hedge cutting, irrigation, planting, and de-weeding.Conductgarden clearances to maintain tidy and presentable outdoorspaces.Ensure gardening equipment remains operational by adhering tomanufacturer's operating and care guidelines.Uphold a safe workingenvironment by strictly following procedures, rules, andregulations.Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasksas needed.Ensure all work is carried out and completed to the higheststandards.Implement safe work practices in accordance with thecompany's Health & Safety policies.The CompanyWith the ability todeliver innovative, customer-focused and value for money services toall sectors.
