Package

• �10.90 per hour (Annual Salary �22,759.20)
• Salary Increase in April 2024 rising to �12.00ph
• Paid overtime
• 40 hours per week - Shift pattern 07:00-15:30

What's involved?
As a Maintenance operative, your duties will include but not be limited to the following: Grounds maintenance, cleaning of communal outdoor furniture, building and dismantling office equipment, litter picking, and lifting and transporting equipment across the site.

You will also work closely with the Catering department on site for upkeep and cleaning of commercial fridges/ freezers, locker replacement, and setting up meeting spaces.

The shift pattern will generally be Monday to Friday, due to the nature of this role all candidates must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
