Maintenance Operative

Maintenance Operative in Canterbury for an immediate start.

Our client is looking for a full time Maintenance Operative on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will have experience in maintenance based positions, have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes. You will also need an Enhanced Child and Adult DBS with barred list for this position.

Duties include:

* Conducting maintenance work including changing light bulbs, plumbing, basic decorating and general handy person duties

* Ensuring reactive works are prioritised within reasonable time frames

* Ensuring projects are kept clean and tidy and reporting any pest control, waste volumes or fly tipping concerns

*Liaising with contractors when necessary

Hours:

Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break

Salary: �12.19 p/hour
