You’ll walk the home daily to pro-actively identify any areas that need attention, whilst also conducting regular safety checks on various equipment. You’ll create a maintenance programme for the home alongside our Home Manager and of course you’ll interact with our residents on a daily basis - so you’ll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our residents’ dignity at all times. Here’s some other important things you need to know:You will need to be experienced at painting and decorating. Having electrical and plumbing skills would be beneficial but not essentialYou will need to demonstrate that you have excellent knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH, Fire Safety and Food SafetyYou will keep up to date and accurate records of all checks and repairs completed and scheduledThe Ideal CandidateWe're looking for people who have a caring nature and want to work as part of an amazing team, surrounded by kindness and fun!
