As a Maintenance/Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance, repairs, and renovations of our properties while providing essential administrative support to our property management team. You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in office operations are crucial for success in this role.. . - Key Responsibilities:. - Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations for multiple properties.. - Communicate effectively with contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance tasks.. - Assist property managers in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.. - Ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with regulatory standards.. - Monitor maintenance budgets and expenses.. - Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address their concerns promptly.. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and vendor contracts.. - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly.. - Collaborate with property management team to develop and implement maintenance plans.. - Provide support during property inspections and audits.. .
