Maintenance Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their experienced team.Managing a team of between 15-20 staff, you will be responsible for planning and managing all maintenance activites for the department.Duties will include:
* Implementing and developing maintenance processes
* Driving CI improvements through out the department
* Reporting to the engineering manager on KPI's
* Managing the budget and CAPEX spend for the deparment
* Overseeing any project work relating to maintenanceThis role is days, Monday-Friday.To apply for this role, our client is looking for
* A time served engineer with experience in working as a maintenance manager or maintenance supervisor
* Experience of working with continuous improvement
