Maintenance Manager

Reporting into the Factory Engineering Manager, this role will manage and support the activities of the maintenance team to meet both Production and Engineering demands.Responsibilities
* Completing weekly maintenance plan within the factory
* Focus on continuous improvement, looking at asset reliability and break down root cause analysis
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant industry requirements
* Lead and manage the maintenance team, including technicians, engineers, and support staff
* Co-ordination of engineering activities during maintenance days and shut down periods.Requirements
* FMCG Manufacturing experience
* Management experience
* Understanding of health and safety regulations
