Are you a Maintenance Manager looking to work for a rapidly expanding company where you will play a leading role within the business, directly impacting the future growth and modernisation of the plant?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the senior management team for an ambitious company, you will lead, mould and develop your own multi-disciplined team whilst working on a range of projects across their impressive site.
In this role you will be responsible for the company's maintenance departmetn, making sure all assets and plant are maintained, you will also work closely with the project team on CI projects and modernisation.
The company are leaders in a stable, growing industry. Having taken on several large projects, they are investing heavily in growth and have plans to almost double in size.
This role would suit a Maintenance Manager looking to work for an innovative company in a senior management role where you will directly impact the business.
The Role:

• Oversee a large multi-disciplined team to ensure all assets and plant are maintained to world class standards
• Work on a variety of building and renovation projects across the site
• Directly impact the growth and modernisation of the business

• Previous experience leading and inspiring large teams
• Electrical / Mechanical background
