Maintenance & Facilities Manager

CK Group are recruiting for a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to join a pharmaceutical company at their site based in Woking on a permanent basis.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of animal health pharmaceuticals.

This role is located at our client's site in Pirbright.�
Maintenance & Facilities Manager Role:
Your main duties will be:

• Ensuring a coordinated and effective approach to all maintenance activities on site.
• Develop a more robust preventative maintenance program.
• Developing the maintenance team through KPIs & training.

Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Significant experience in maintenance management within GMP regulated manufacturing.
• Great team management experience with a track record in coordinating a multiskilled and multifaceted maintenance team.
• A degree level education in a relevant engineering discipline, with expert knowledge of maintenance functions within manufacturing.
