Panama shifts 12hr days and nights.£50,320Benefits;6% pensionContribution240 hours holidayPrivate healthcare including dental and optical coverCycle to work schemeEmployee referral schemeEmployee assistance programmeEmployee of the Quarter awardsI am currently recruiting a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor for my market leading client within the automation sector.As an Maintenance EngineeringSupervisor you will lead the engineering team.With a focus on H&S, KPIs and performance management, this position is a key role for the success of this global automationbusiness.Key responsibilities;People management.Performance reviews, development and coaching of team, dealing with employee relations issues, and employee welfare and wellbeing.H&S Management.Enable the creation and implementation of standard ways of working.Effective escalation management.Engineering Planning.Attend daily meetings & liaise with operations to ensure workload is prioritised correctly.Organise improvements, repairs and modifications.Project / Installation work.Compliance audits.Parts management.Deputise for Site Manager in periods of absence.Experience Required;Strong people management skills.A recognised engineering qualification, ideally HNC or above.Hold an IOSH or similar H&S related certificate & adhere to all company/ customer legislative and H&S proceduresRecognised apprenticeship in an engineering field would be desirable.Experience of managing teams.Computer Literate.Application Process:If you have the above skills and wish to be considered for this position or find out more details then please submit your CV.JBRP1_UKTJ
