Maintenance Engineering manager

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our company based in Frome who are actively looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineering Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.What you will be doing:Reporting directly to the Factory Manager, this challenging role includes driving & leading a team of engineers on site towards a structured approach in the department focused on preventative maintenance.Working together with the Manufacturing Manager and others in the management team to plan and execute a maintenance program to ensure the factory is in the best conditioned to meet the production requirement.Coordinating daily with the operational maintenance team leaders to lead & mentor events within the factory in order to improve equipment and process performance.What you will need to succeed:Experience working in a large FMCG Manufacturing company.Degree in Engineering: Preferable in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Must be goal-oriented and proactive in problem solving, coupled with creativity and a high energy level.What you will receive in return:Monday to Friday - DAYSCompetitive SalaryMarket Leader in their products and sectorCompany pension 6% employer contribution25 days holiday + Bank holidaysCompany sick pay4 x Death in ServiceWellbeing initiatives - Free flu jabs, free eye tests, GBP90 contribution to prescription lensesWhat you need to do next:If this position sounds of interest and you would like to be considered.
