Are you a Engineering Maintenance Manager looking to work for a world-renowned, market leading company testing company where you manage the maintenance departmental resources and facilities whilst overseeing a multimillion pound state of the art facility?
My client is an international, world renowned company that specialise in Materials Testing, this position is overseeing their Fire Testing department. Due to an increase in workload & expansion, they now need to recruit a Maintenance Engineering Manager.
This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join my clients growing team across multiple Fire Testing sites in?Warrington to help formulate the Maintenance Strategy for an established testing, inspection and certification business, which is undergoing a significant expansion project.
The Role:

• Maximise the uptime and availability of all plant and testing equipment across both facilities, ensuring the most cost-effective use of all resources
• Schedule, assign, and track all planned maintenance activities, balancing them with emergent/reactive tasks
• Develop Standard Engineering Practice (SEP) processes and procedures, training all maintenance personnel to ensure compliance and proficiency

The Person:

• Maintenance Manager from an Engineering background
• Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement (CI) tools (5S, TPM, RCA, PDCA)
• A working understanding of service and repair requirements for a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment
