Heavily projects based work, youll be given independence to work on individual projects rather than constant firefighting.
We are looking for a mechanically or electrically biased maintenance engineer to join us at our site in Coventry. As a company we are going through an extensive period of growth, we generated over £200m+ in turnover over the last year and can reinvest this in you as an employee through both in house and external training.
So many production-based environments are heavily focused on reactive maintenance. Here this is not the case, we look to keep our reactive maintenance to a minimum instead heavily focusing on PPMs. The ratio of PPMs to reactive maintenance is currently around 80:20, and this Is something that we heavily focus on maintaining.
Successful applicants will ideally come from a machine tool background however this is not essential. Skills in fabrication, welding, millin...
