Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our recycling plant. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our machinery and equipment, optimising efficiency, and ensuring the safety of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment, including conveyors, shredders, crushers, and sorting systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimise downtime and maximize productivity.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities and minimise disruptions to operations.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
