Maintenance Engineer - Static

Are you a Maintenance Engineer working in the Commercial building industry looking for a new static site based in the Caldicot area.

Are you someone that can cover planned and reactive maintenance to building services such as Electrical, Mechanical and Building Fabrics (Carpentry, Plumbing etc...)�

This Facilities Services and Building Maintenance company cover a large site in Caldicot which is made up of offices and require an Engineer to be based there 5 days per week to cover planned and reactive maintenance to the buildings.�
Duties will include -�

Electrical PPMs�

Mechanical PPMs (basic)�

Statutory Compliance testing such as emergency lights, fire alarms, water temp and legionella testing

Repairs to building fabric such as Carpentry and Plumbing and basic DIY repairs.�

The salary on offer for this position depends on the applicants qualifications, skills and experience.�
Salary �34-39k for a 40 hour week�

25 days holiday�
