Are you a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a background in FMCG looking to progress your career and take a step up into management within an establish nationwide company that can provide plenty of training in the form of courses and qualifications, a host of company benefits and the opportunity to take on a team including apprentices and help shape their careers?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a subsidiary of one of the largest distribution and warehousing companies in the UK as part of their food packaging operations. The company are looking to bring in a new Engineer Manager to help look after the factory whilst also guiding a number of younger maintenance engineers and helping with their professional development.

This role will involve taking charge of a food packaging plant, leading a team to service a variety of FMCG equipment to keep the facroty operational. You will be vreating the PPM plans, assigning work to Engineers, ensuring the continued safety of the work environment and guiding your team to operational exellence.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a background in FMCG looking to take on a leading position and run an important factory for a well know company that can provide training to broaden their skillset, progression to more senior positions and a host of company benefits.
