Maintenance Engineer

Wellingborough (NN9)

Commutable from Market Harborough, Desborough, Kettering, Corby, Rushden
£36,000 - £38,000

Monday - Friday (flexible on start and finish hours)

Our client is a leading Plastic Injection Moulding Company, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for a Electricall Biased Maintenance Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

  • The role is spread across 2 sites- 90% of your time will be spent in Wellingborough, and the 0ther 10% will be spent in Market Harborough
  • Travel is covered
  • PPM and Reactive on plastic injection moulding machines
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Some mechanical and repairs and fault finding from time to time

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

ESSENTIAL

  • Have an Electrical Background and the ability to read electrical schematics and manuals
  • Have a background in Machine Maitenance and Manufacturing
  • Mechanical skills

DESIRABLE

  • Experience with injection Moulding
  • Ability to weld and fabricate
