Static Maintenance Electrician Needed

Manchester City Centre

Salary: �36,000

Location: Manchester

Hours: 37.5 hours - Overtime available at 1.5X hourly rate flexible shift pattern.

There is a requirement for the day to day (08:30-17:00), show cover (16:30-00:00) and weekend work.Holidays:

25 days plus Bank Holidays

5+ pair of tickets annually

Responsibilities Include:

• Work on single phase and three phase electrical distribution systems and engineering equipment

• Undertake planned maintenance covering Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning control systems.

• Undertake Planned Maintenance and Testing of Life Systems - Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Standby Generators and Uninterruptible Power Supplies.

• Testing, inspection, and fault finding of electrical equipment.

• Capable of undertaking reactive maintenance and fault finding on electrical systems and equipment.

• Recording of maintenance and repair activities on Computer Aided Facilities System (CAFM).

• An ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications Required:

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition of Wiring Regulations.
• Electrical Inspection and Testing (or equivalent).
