Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems and equipment within our school are operating efficiently and safely. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve any issues promptly.


• Performing electrical repairs, installations, and upgrades as needed.


• Troubleshooting electrical problems and implementing effective solutions.


• Collaborating with other maintenance staff to ensure the overall functionality of school facilities.


• Following safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.


• Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting any significant findings to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar role, preferably in a school or institutional setting.


• Proficiency in electrical systems, wiring, and equipment maintenance.


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.


• Valid electrical license or certification (insert specific requirements if any).
