My client is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of electrical systems and maintenance.Benefits:Standard HolidayEnhanced pension SchemeHealth careOvertime availableRequirements/Qualifications:Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification in Electrical Installation orMaintenance i.e. City & Guilds Level 3.Up to date 18th edition I.E.E. wiring regulations.Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in an industrial orcommercial setting within a facilities management organisation.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits & schematics.Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to electrical maintenance.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and provide clearmaintenance reports.A valid & full UK Driving Licence is an essential requirement for this position.Day to Day Duties :Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM), inspections, and troubleshooting on electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.Identifying and repairing reactive electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime andmaximising equipment efficiency.Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, including lighting, powerdistribution, and control panels.Collaborating with other maintenance team members to address electrical andmechanical issues.Assisting in the development of maintenance plans and procedures to enhancesystem performance and safety.Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance withsafety regulations and company standards.Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.If you think you will be the right fit for this role please apply today with your updated CV.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
