MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN

The Basics

• Location:�Battersea, SW London


• Hours:�Monday to Friday, 8pm -5am


• Salary:�c�45,000 Per Annum + Overtime (If wanted)


• Role:�Planned and Reactive Maintenance for a Static Site in Battersea, with a focus on building M&E

Maintenance Electrician Duties & Responsibilities

• To carry out planned preventative maintenance schedules across 3-4 buildings on a static site


• Responding to more reactive calls throughout the day and offering first class customer service to clients to resolve any maintenance issues.


• A good working knowledge of building HVAC is essential


• Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Checks/Tests


• AHU and FCU Filter Changes


• Plant room checks: Motors, Pumps and BMS etc


• Good knowledge of Hot & Cold water systems/supply


• Water temps / L8 Checks


• Completing logbooks


• Working to strict Health & Safety regulations

Maintenance Electrician Skills & Experience

• 3+ Years in a similar role minimum


• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or above in Electrical OR Mechanical Engineering / HVAC or Refrigeration


• Good understanding of Building M&E and HVAC


• IPAF / PASMA training beneficial


• First Aid


• L8 Legionella Awareness Training Beneficial
