Overview
As Facilities Coordinator, you will be joining a well-established and highly experienced Maintenace and Engineering team across our European entities. You will report directly to the Regional Engineering and Maintenance Director.
Whilst based in Whitchurch this position will service multi-sites across Europe. You will be reporting and analyzing predictive maintenance (PdM) and reliability centered maintenance (RCM) processes that report asset health to proactively identify issues prior to failure and monitor assets across the region to ensure continuous improvement.
As a key member of our team you will lead the One Pager reporting and development of the BRM providing insights to variances. Validate the Leader Standardized Work (LSW) ensuring timely submissions.
As Facilities Coordinator, you will assist the regional leadership with development of site-specific Capital Expense planning, assist to identify Bad Actors, Life Cycle Costing, and End of Useful Life. Also you will assist in the tracking and submission of required reports and requests relating to Maintenance.
This role will include working with Engineering & Maintenance Managers (EMM), coordinate, review, and improve the Engineering & Maintenance Reliability score and develop measurements for tracking the success and timeliness of maintenance activities such as PM work order completion rates, Planned/Scheduled work order completion rates, etc.
In your position as Facilities Coordinator, you'll be responsible for compiling weekly and monthly KPI reporting for the regional teams (including 1 pager, site readiness and LSW (Leader standard work) reports.
Additional duties include assisting the Facilities, Engineering and maintenance management team to prepare the CMMS data for the oracle transition and then ongoing responsibility the quality of data.
Qualifications
Have industrial maintenance background ideally in temperature controlled storage which may include hydraulics, electrical, building maintenance, industrial ammonia refrigeration system, and basic troubleshooting skills
Ability to interpret and analyze data
Ability to fully leverage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Knowledge of principles involved in Preventative/Predictive Maintenance
Computer literacy and competent use of a Computerised Maintenance Management System.
Good knowledge and experience of using Excel and Power BI
Responsibilities
Technical qualification in either mechanical or electrical engineering
Experience in leading improvement efforts in reliability and predictive/preventive maintenance
Experience in data analytics and reliability centered maintenance preferred
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Business Analytics Tools
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with CMMS (Oracle preferred)
Demonstrates initiative and a can-do attitude.
