Maintenance Coordinator - Wilmslow £25,000 Basic Salary + Commission £32k OTE
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm (Flexible working hours) (Open to Part-time)
1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-1pm (with time back in lieu)
Working with a fun, proactive and dedicatedManagement company based in Wilmslow, Cheshire, as a Maintenance Coordinator youwill play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of maintenance activities.
Proven experience in a Customer Service or Administration role.
A background in management or property maintenance would be a bonus
Tech Savvy, you will operate every task via their workflow system.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
