As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be expected to:
Provide a range of day-to-day general basic building repairs to enhance the fabric of the Care Home.
Undertake a range of basic day to day repairs and maintenance tasks including minor decoration to ensure the Care Home provides a safe and homely environment for the residents.
In doing so, you must ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of those who may be affected by the work undertaken including residents, their relatives and staff.
