Job Description As our next Maintenance Assistant, you.
Makes sure that fire security installations are in good working order,
Runs regular checks on technical equipment to prevent any problems,
Implements corrective action plans,
Follows PPM plans instigated by the Maintenance Manager
Checks application of water hygiene procedures,
Advises the Maintenance Manager when specialist intervention is required,
Ensure the evolution of his/her knowledge and the safety of their interventions
Respects guests' privacy and works without disturbing them,
Actively contributes to guests' comfort
Tracks and optimises energy consumption
Respects Accor's Legionnaires' disease directive,
Applies the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc)
Respects the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc), and ISO regulations
Actively contributes to the safety of people and property (ensuring safety exits remain clear of obstruction etc)

Additional Information Your experience and skills include:
