1:1 SEN Secondary Home Tutor - Maidstone

Classroom Teachers Ltd are looking to recruit a qualified teacher to work with a student and their support worker.

This role will be based at the students home.

The suitable candidate will be required for 3 hours a day focusing on foundation and core subjects. These lessons will need to be broken down into bite sized chucks with games and breaks in between.

Job Description:

• SEN 1:1 Tutor - Home based
• Up to �33.63ph
• The Role will commence Monday to Friday after half term, term time only.
• This role will be based at the students home.
• Provide a stimulating and enjoyable learning environment.

Person Specification:

• Qualified Teacher
• Previous SEN experience or advance understanding of SEN, especially ASD
• You must be passionate, enthusiastic and caring towards children
• Able to engage students in their own home
• Able to communicate with Parents/Guardians and other external agencies
• DBS on the update service or willing to get a new one
